What are public realm projects?

Public realm is defined as the publicly owned places and spaces that are accessible by everyone. These can include our accesses, streets, lanes, squares, plazas, pavements, trails, parks, open spaces, waterfronts, public transport systems, some conservation areas, and civic buildings and institutions.
