Project Details
To undertake this work safely, we will need to implement lane closures and road closures during these works. This will commence on Monday 8 November for up to 5 weeks, weather permitting. Advanced warning signs will advise of any changes closer to the time. A signed diversion route will also be in place (please see map overleaf).
Resurfacing: 8 to 23 November (no weekend working) Working Hours – 9 pm to 6 am.
Traffic Management – Road Closure (westbound traffic only), including West Quay Rd and Mountbatten Way. Additional lane closures during resurfacing works may be required; these will commence at 8pm if necessary. A bus lane closure on Paynes Road between Waterloo Road and the bus stop before Millbrook Road West will also be in place 24hrs during the resurfacing works.
Ironwork Replacement: 24 November to 10 December Working Hours – 8 pm to 6 am
Traffic Management – Lane closures (westbound traffic only)
